a) Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.  For some services there may a deposit to pay in advance of your session.

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

b) Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

 

6. Cancellations and Refunds

​

a) Services (Healing Sessions)

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund or rescheduling.  For those where a room booking has been made, the cost of the room will be deducted from your refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may be non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

 

b) Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads and online content, all sales are final once access has been granted.

c) Events and Workshops

Refund policies for events may vary and will be stated at the time of booking.

​

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

 

7. Digital Content

 

When purchasing digital content:

  • You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the material.
