Service Description

Esoteric is derived from the Greek term esoterikos, meaning ‘within.’ It describes the subtle energy system of a human being – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. I will assess your bodies energy, notice where in your energy system needs attention to release trapped energies, highlight any blocks in your chakras and correct any energy imbalances. After our initial chat you will lay on the message table on your tummy and I will look more at your physical body. I will apply firm pressure to your fascia to stimulate different acupressure points on your energy meridians. You will turn over and I’ll apply pressure to the key points on your front. You may notice some areas feel tender or ticklish when pressure is applied, tell me and try to remember the tender points and whether they were on your left or right side as we’ll talk through the possible reasons for this at the end of our session. I will tuck you in under a soft or weighted blanket and rebalance your electric and magnetic energies. I will then guide you through a meditation that I have written just for you to help you release and clear anything you shared with me at the time of booking and help you reach your healing goals. Many people fall asleep when I tuck them in but know the healing continues even though you may not recall all of the words I shared – words are energy too and cast spells – that’s why it’s called spellings! We’ll then zip up all that lovely positive energy, ground ourselves and sit down to share what you felt and anything that may have come to the surface for you. I recommend you wear a thin top and thin bottoms so I can apply pressure through them. Lycra leggings and a loose fitting sports top is ideal. I will need access to your bare spine at one point whilst you are laying on your tummy. I will ask you to lift up your top and, if you are wearing one, unhook your bra briefly – respecting your modesty of course.
